Bella Clothing Boutique opened its door to excited family and friends in March of 2005. Owner, Sarah Williams, also the buyer, hand-picks each piece for the boutique and loves helping the women of Kelowna find that favourite outfit! Three years after opening her doors, Sarah met Andrea Cosar, of Dandy Diva Gems & Jewels, while both outfitting & accessorizing models at a local fashion show. After seeing the incredible jewellery and how beautifully they complemented the clothes, Sarah approached Andrea about selling her designs at Bella Boutique.
