Chef and Proprietor.Upon Completion of the Chef's Apprenticeship Program at Red River Community College, David Bergmann worked for six years with Tim Appleton, Chef Member of the Canadian Culinary National Team. Starting out as an apprentice and working his way up to Sous Chef, David developed a globally influenced style, with a focus on Canadian ingredients. 'At a young age I developed a real love and passion for food and cooking. It is a privelege to be able to work in an environment with dedicated staff who feel the same way I do.' stated David.David participated in many Culinary Competitions and further pushed his limits, leading him to eventually start his own catering company.
