I eventually found my way to DuBrulle French Culinary School where I learned from a very particular Swiss French chef who was trained in the European Hotel system, how to cook the proper French way. No short cuts allowed. I opened the Great Food Company Cheryl's Cafe in 1996 and have never looked back.
