Owned and operated by Kelley Hiltz, Core Nutrition is an innovative nutrition education and counseling company that specializes in weight management and sports nutrition. Kelley has been a Registered Dietitian since 1999 and brings forward an enthusiasm and passion for her work that is evident to her clients. Kelley has 9 years of clinical nutrition experience which assists her in being able to provide nutrition guidance to clients suffering from a variety of health conditions. She is skilled in translating her nutrition knowledge into practical advice that is meaningful and easy to understand. As a former varsity athlete, Kelley also has valuable "real life" experience that allows her to better assist clients seeking sports nutrition advice. Kelley is a member of the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association, Dietitians of Canada and is an International member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly called the American Dietetic Association).
