El Sombreo was founded in 2001 by the President and his wife, their dream was to build a franchised group of restaurants offering great, fresh mexican food at a great price. We believe in real food - in home-style cooking. This approach to food makes a great alternative to deep-fried, quick service type opertaions. The first store has operated since the year 2000.
