Harbour Youth Services of Thunder Bay has been providing prevention-focused programs for children & youth in Thunder Bay since 1971. Our school based afterschool programs, are facilitated by caring, ethusiastic and dedicated Ontario Certified teachers who provide a safe, supportive environment where children have the opportunity to develop essential life skills and positive values.
