Hello and Welcome! I would like to thank you for taking the time for coming to Healing Hand Therapies' website. My goal is to help you live pain free and stress free. The services that I offer at Healing Hand Therapies are: Therapeutic Massage: Therapeutic massage can help relieve headaches, migraines, computer related injuries, and carpal tunnel syndrome. It is also very good for backache, hip pain, leg injuries, fibromyalgia and stress management. Aromatherapy Massage: A lighter massage using organic essential oils such as rose, neroli, tangerine, and ylang-ylang to enhance the relaxation effects with fragrance.I studied at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Kitchener, Ontario. Over the years I have taken courses in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Holistic/Vegetarian Nutrition and Heated Stone Massage. Currently, I am enrolled in an Advanced Nutrition Diploma program and upon graduation, I will be a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN). I constantly attend workshops and seminars (such as Anxiety/Depression, Myo-Fascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Posture/Gait) to keep up with the latest information and treatment protocol.Professional Association
