We work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the design before sending you a confirmation request for your order. Once confirmed, the product will be ready in approximately 1 week and carving is started that day! All products are stained and coated with water-based exterior varnish which means it can stay inside or go outside. Products can be painted at an additional cost, which is reflected in the final quote. Each painted product is hand painted by our staff.
