Mirador San Jose is located on the beautiful tropical coast of Ecuador. Our amazing urbanization is situated at kilometer 607 on the coastal highway Ruta del Spondylus. Our community is just south of the city of Manta and 10 minutes north of Puerto Cayo. We enjoy a year round temperature of 27 Celsius with little rainfall and warm ocean waters averaging 24 Celsius.
