Nucca is a very specific, safe and gentle chiropractic technique. The technique restores the bodies balance and posture to normal. It also removes pressure off the spinal cord and the brainstem where nerves supply the whole body. This restores the bodies ability to heal as normal nerve supply is restored. The technique is performed by taking very specific xrays of the neck and head. These films are analyzed and then a specific gentle adjustment is done to C1 or the first cervical vertebrae. There is no snapping or cracking or fast movements. This technique has been very helpful for issues from headaches and neck pain or stiffness to low back pain and sciatic pain issues.
