PCA Draft DocumentsAbout Product CareProduct Care is a not-for-profit industry sponsored association that manages product stewardship programs for household hazardous and special waste on behalf of its members across Canada.With over 500 members and two decades of experience in an ever-changing regulatory landscape, Product Care has devised, implemented, and led successful waste diversion programs for stakeholders across Canada and in the United States. Product Care currently manages stewardship programs in British Columbia , Saskatchewan , Manitoba , New Brunswick , Nova Scotia , Newfoundland & Labrador , and PEI . We also provide partial program management services to a number of programs, including the BC Electrical Toys Program, the Manitoba and Quebec electronics programs, and the California and Connecticut PaintCare® programs . Presently, Product Care is in the review phase of an industry stewardship plan (ISP) filed for paint and coatings in Ontario .Product Care is not a government organization.
