Schlichter's began as an automotive repair shop in 1929 at our present location on Queen Street in Kitchener. Initially, Ray Schlichter sold Hart batteries to local residents. Then in 1931, the business expanded to include sales and service of automotive parts and service of small engines and industrial equipment.
