Kids and Family Yoga Fall 2014New Family Yoga and Kids Yoga courses are all set to go!Kids Yoga is returning to Serene Yoga Studio this fall with classes beginning on Monday September the 29th. Two age groups will be available again, with kids ages 5-8 as well as 9-12.Family Yoga will be held on Saturdays from 1130 - 1230, with the first class on Saturday September the 27th.All these classes will be held at our St Mary's Rd location.For more information please select the 'Book Online' tab in the top right corner and go to 'Specialty Classes'.Learn to MediateJoin Roslyn Sutherland for a four-week guided meditation journey toward wholeness - mind, body and spirit.
