The Shambhala Archives (SA) is the repository for one of the largest audio-visual collections of lectures and oral discourses by Tibetan Buddhist Teachers in the West. A primary mandate for SA is 'to locate, acquire, arrange, describe, preserve, and make available all original records pertaining to the life and teaching of the founder of Shambhala, the Vidyadhara the Venerable Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, and of [his son] the Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche (Ösel Rangdrol Mukpo) and of [his] the Mukpo family.'
