The Lymph Clinic, at the Well Life Centre, offers lymphatic drainage therapy for people with lymphedema and other swelling conditions. Lymphatic therapy is helpful for cancer patients who have had surgery and/or radiation. This treatment helps to reduce swelling and hardness of the tissues. Some people also like lymphatic drainage to help detoxify the body. It is very light and relaxing. Other treatments offered through the Lymph Clinic include massage therapy. or Swedish massage for treatment of muscle pain or relaxation massage. Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is also offered. CST is very relaxing. it has also been shown to be helpful with depression. Other services offered at the Well Life Centre include chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, psychotherapy, Chinese medicine, athletic fitness and sport training.
